How do I pay my eFMLA invoice by Credit Card?

For credit card payments, click on the link in your invoice email, download the CC Form, fill it out and fax it to 703-644-5384, or call 855-488-3652, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm EST to make a payment over the phone.
