Uploading Employee-Specific Documents

Can I upload documents related to an employee’s leave such as doctor’s notes or completed forms?

Yes. Each EFI Profile has a place to upload doctor’s notes and any documents related to the employee’s leave. Click on “Upload” next to “Misc. Files” to upload any document that you have saved as a PDF on your computer.

Choose the File from your computer. Remember to Click Submit
