Check your Login Credentials First

There could be a few things that have caused the error message.

The 2 most common are:  Wrong login place or incorrect credentials.

Most Common Reason: Be sure that you are logging into the appropriate portal.

There are 2 places to login on eFMLA.com

1. FMLA Administrator 2. Employee

  1. FMLA Administrator Login is for the HR Department Representative that is working to manage FMLA for Employees paperwork. (Considered the Employer)
  2. Employee Login is for the Employee who is applying for FMLA Leave. (Considered the Employee)

Second most common reason? The login credentials are case sensitive.

  1. Be sure that there are no BLANK SPACES after your credentials. Sometimes when copy and pasting, copy picks up extra blank spaces.
  2. Please be sure you have correct lowercase and Uppercase credentials.

Sometimes browsers will capitalize logins.

Example: The 2 login credentials below are different:

  • Sfranklin@gmail.com
  • sfranklin@gmail.com

One will work and one will not work logging in to eFMLA.

Also: Make sure that you are spelling the credentials correctly
