Archiving Unsubmitted Leave Requests
Before an employee has completed and submitted a leave request, you have the option to delete or archive the request.
From the Main Menu, click the 'FMLA Requests' button to access the leave requests.
Delete or archive the request by clicking on the 'Archive' or 'Delete' button in the 'Action' column.
Note: eFMLA recommends that you "delete" unsubmitted leave requests if it turns out that the employee does not or did not need leave. If the employee fails or refuses to complete a leave despite needing time off from work, "archive" the request to document that the employee never submitted the request.
