What if I mistakenly send an email or document to an undeliverable email address?
eFMLA will be notified of any undeliverable emails, and an eFMLA representative will promptly contact the Primary Administrator.
Update an Employee's Email Address: You may update an employee's email address by clicking on the 'Edit Employee Employee Profile' button in the employee's EFI Profile and resend the forms at any time.
What if an employee mistakenly sends a certification form to an undeliverable email address?
If an employee sends a certification form to an undeliverable email address, eFMLA will be notified of the undeliverable email, and an eFMLA representative will promptly contact the Primary Administrator and/or the eFMLA Administrator who sent the certification to the employee.
